PLATFORMS

Connected to what you need.

Activating and connecting your establishment to the government platforms and digital systems that govern it.

PROCESS

From an idea to a standing entity.

The road from the first call to trading runs through five clear stages, and each one hands you a documented output.

  1. 001

    Diagnostic session

We learn your activity, your regulatory bracket and what you want from the formation, then set the entity that fits and the requirements that apply to you.

  2. 002

    A written plan and scope

We come back with the stages, the documents required and the outputs — so you know the limits of the work before signing, not after.

  3. 003

    Trade name and articles

We reserve the trade name, draft the articles of association and get them approved, reviewing the data before filing to cut down on returns.

  4. 004

    Register and licences

We complete the commercial register and the licences and approvals your activity needs in order to trade.

  5. 005

    Integration and opening

We connect your establishment to the relevant government platforms and hand you a complete file, ready to operate.

THE ALTERNATIVE

Yourself, or handed over.

The real choice in front of you is not between us and another office — it is between taking this on and handing it over.

Yourself

  • You work out which entity fits your activity and your regulatory bracket
  • You move between the platforms: Commerce, Balady, Qiwa, GOSI, ZATCA, Etimad
  • Every authority wants its data in its own form, and you are the one reconciling them
  • You discover the missing document after the rejection, not before it
  • And every resubmission adds another waiting cycle before your first trading day

With us

  • A diagnostic session that settles the entity and the requirements that apply to you
  • A written plan with the stages, the documents, the outputs and the price
  • The data reviewed before filing, to cut the number of resubmissions
  • One party to talk to, and one file owner who knows your file
  • And a documented output in your hands at every stage

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

What you want to know before you message.

Five questions anyone considering formation asks themselves. The answers are here, not in a call.

001 How long does it take?
There is no single duration that fits everyone: a sole establishment is not a company, and an activity that needs a sector licence is not one that does not. The expected duration for your case is written into the plan, spread across the stages, before you contract. Anyone who gives you a number before knowing your activity is guessing.
002 How much does it cost?
Our fees depend on the entity type, the activity and how many licences follow from it, so they are set out in the plan as a clear figure. Government fees are paid to the authorities themselves and are separate from ours. And we ask for nothing before you approve the plan and the price.
003 What if the application is rejected or returned?
Most returns come from data that does not match the activity, or a missing document — which is why we review the data before filing rather than after. What the scope of work covers in corrections and refiling is written into the plan, so you know it before you begin rather than at the first obstacle.
004 Do I need to attend in person?
Most procedures are completed through the government platforms, so what we need from you is your documents and your authorisation where the regulations require it. Anything that does require you in person is named in the plan up front, not halfway through.
005 You are a new firm — why should I trust you?
A fair question, and our answer is not "trust us". We are new, which is exactly why what we offer is built on the risk sitting with us rather than with you: a written plan before the contract, no fees until you approve it, and a documented output at every stage that you keep yourself. Your file here is not a number in a queue.

THE OFFER

No fees until you approve.

It starts with a message on WhatsApp. We ask about your activity and come back with a written plan: the stages, the documents we need from you, the output at each stage, and the price. You read it and decide — and if you do not approve it, you owe nothing.

  1. 001

    The plan before the contract

You know the scope, the stages and the outputs before you pay, not after.

  2. 002

    Nothing until you approve

The plan and the price reach you first. We ask for nothing until you have agreed to both in writing.

  3. 003

A documented output at every stage

Each stage closes with a document you review and keep before the next one begins.
